Creamed spinach

  1. Heat a skillet with olive oil on med heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and saute until transparent.
  3. Add chopped garlic and cook only for about a min, don't let the garlic burn.
  4. Add can of soup, spinach and cream cheese.
  5. Cook until everything is well blended and cream cheese has melted.
  6. Reduce heat to low and cook for another 5 min
