Thanksgiving Turkey Gobblers

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a frying pan, cook ground turkey, crumble into small pieces, place on a few paper towels ans set aside.
  3. In a large bowl combine flour and cornmeal.
  4. In another bowl beat egg, oil and water together, after blended add tarragon.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Fold in ground turkey.
  7. Mix together.
  8. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface.
  9. Knead until dough is thoroughly mixed.
  10. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thick.
  11. Cut into shapes.
  12. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until firm.
  13. Cool completely before serving.
  14. Store in an airtight container.
  15. Keep refrigerated.
