Tofu Mayonnaise

  1. Place the tofu, sesame oil, cider vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper into the container of a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the peanut(or olive) oil in a thin stream while blending until thick and pale.
  4. Keeps for a few days.
  5. Enjoy!
