Cinnamon Rolls(Approximately 20 Rolls)

  1. Drain cheese.
  2. Cut 1 cup, plus 1 tablespoon of butter into flakes.
  3. Add cheese, salt, vanilla, flour and baking powder.
  4. Knead on floured surface.
  5. Wrap in aluminum foil and chill 1 hour.
  6. Roll out to 16 x 24-inch rectangle.
  7. Melt 1 tablespoon butter; brush on dough.
  8. Wash the raisins in hot water.
  9. Mix ground nuts, cinnamon and sugar.
  10. Spread mix on dough, then add raisins.
  11. Roll up dough, starting with small end.
