Apple, Cranberry & Pecan Stuffing

• 3/4 cup apple juice
• 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
• 1 small apple, chopped
• 1/2 cup frozen cranberries, thawed
• 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans

1. Bring juice to boil in medium saucepan on high heat.
2. Add stuffing mix and fruit; mix lightly.
3. Cover; remove from heat.
4. Let stand 5 min.
5. Stir in nuts.
