Dirty Rice

  1. Simmer chicken livers with poultry seasoning in enough water to make 2 cups of broth.
  2. When livers are tender, chop fine or grind (reserve broth).
  3. In deep skillet, brown beef in cooking oil.
  4. Add onion, bell pepper, celery, salt, pepper and Tabasco. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add chicken broth.
  6. Simmer for 30 minutes before adding chopped livers.
  7. Combine cooked rice to meat.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
