Double Chocolate Bars

  1. Mix flour, cocoa and baking soda; set aside.
  2. Blend margarine or butter, sugars, egg substitute and vanilla in large bowl with mixer at medium speed until smooth.
  3. Stir in flour mixture until blended; stir in chips.
  4. Press dough in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350F for 18 minutes or until done.
  6. Cool completely; cut into bars.
