Double Chocolate Bars
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup reduced fat chocolate-flavored baking chips
- Mix flour, cocoa and baking soda; set aside.
- Blend margarine or butter, sugars, egg substitute and vanilla in large bowl with mixer at medium speed until smooth.
- Stir in flour mixture until blended; stir in chips.
- Press dough in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350F for 18 minutes or until done.
- Cool completely; cut into bars.
