Black Raspberry Sorbet Recipe
- 1 1/2 quart Black raspberries, washed and dry
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Creme de cassis
- In blender or possibly food processor, combine all ingredients and blend till smooth.
- Strain the puree to remove the seeds, and refrigeratetill very cool.
- Place the mix in an ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturers directions.
