Peaches And Cream Dessert
- 8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls
- 8 oz. pkg. soft cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 21 oz. can peach fruit filling
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. softened margarine
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- Heat oven to 375u0b0.
- Separate crescent dough into 2 long rectangles.
- Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan; press dough to cover bottom of pan, sealing perforations.
- Blend cream cheese, sugar and almond extract until smooth.
- Spread over dough.
- Spoon fruit filling evenly over cream cheese mixture.
- Combine flour, brown sugar and margarine.
- Mix until crumbly.
- Stir in almonds; sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit filling.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
