Warm Fruited Brie

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. On baking sheet, unfold 1 pie crust. Place Brie in center.
  3. Turn under edge of pie crust to within 1/2-inch of cheese and flute edge.
  4. Remove Brie.
  5. Prick pie crust with fork.
  6. Place baking sheet on center rack and bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
  7. Flour board.
  8. Unfold 2nd pie crust.
  9. Cut out 2-inch oval shaped leaves.
  10. Place on baking sheet.
  11. Bake 5 minutes.
  12. Cool.
  13. Lower oven to 350u0b0.
  14. Put Brie on fluted pie crust.
  15. Arrange apples around edge, grapes and raspberries in center.
  16. Bake 10 minutes.
  17. In saucepan, blend apple juice and cornstarch.
  18. Bring to boil while stirring until clear and thick. Remove from heat.
  19. Arrange pastry leaves on top of Brie.
  20. Brush with cooked glaze.
  21. Stand 15 minutes.
  22. Serve.
