Bahmi Goreng
- 8 Rounds Of Chinese Noodles (Mie)
- 1 Tablespoon Sambal
- 4 Tablespoons Sweet Soya Sauce
- Left Over Meat And Or Shrimp, Cooked
- 3 slices Bacon (cooked)
- 1/2 bags Shredded Cabbage
- 1 whole Leek
- 1 teaspoon Koriander
- 1/2 teaspoons Laos/galanga
- 2 teaspoons Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- Cook the mie according package directions.
- Add the sambal, garlic and 2 tbsp soya sauce to the meat.
- Heat the skillet or wok and add some olive oil or canola oil.
- Add the meat to warm it up.
- Then add the cut up vegetables and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add the rest of the seasonings and the cooked mie.
- You can eat this plain and or add a fried egg, sweet/sour pickle, atjar tjampoer ( which is similar to chow chow), and sate.
