Bahmi Goreng

  1. Cook the mie according package directions.
  2. Add the sambal, garlic and 2 tbsp soya sauce to the meat.
  3. Heat the skillet or wok and add some olive oil or canola oil.
  4. Add the meat to warm it up.
  5. Then add the cut up vegetables and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
  6. Add the rest of the seasonings and the cooked mie.
  7. You can eat this plain and or add a fried egg, sweet/sour pickle, atjar tjampoer ( which is similar to chow chow), and sate.
