Sweet and Sour Meatballs With Marinated Alien Brains

  1. day one steam or boil brussel sprouts until done (about 10 minutes).
  2. place in a bowl or zip lock bag with the salad dressing.
  3. I used about half of each.
  4. stir or turn as often as you remember.
  5. allow this to marinade overnight or at least 6 hours
  6. the next day place meatballs in pot add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  7. strain brussel sprouts and add
  8. cook and additional 5 minutes until warmed through.
  9. serve with a side of pasta and salad and you are all set.

brussels, italian dressing, meatballs, tomato soup, water, brown sugar, cider vinegar, italian seasoning, salt
