Rotini Pasta Salad with Spinach & Tomato
- - rotini pasta, uncooked
- 2-1/2 qt. spinach leaves, chopped
- 2 qt. tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cups Kraft Shredded Parmesan
- 2 cups Kraft Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
- Cook pasta in boiling water 6 to 8 min.
- or until tender.
- Place spinach in colander.
- Drain pasta in colander over spinach.
- Transfer pasta and spinach to large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
- Or cover and refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
