Pretzel-Crusted Honey-Mustard Chicken
- Cooking spray
- 4 (4-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons honey mustard
- 2 cups pretzel pieces
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Season both sides of chicken with salt and black pepper.
- Brush honey mustard all over chicken.
- Place pretzel pieces in a large freezer bag and mash with a meat mallet or heavy rolling pin until pieces become coarse crumbs.
- Add chicken to bag and turn to coat both sides.
- Transfer chicken to prepared pan and spray the surface with cooking spray.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
