Herb Baked Fish And Rice Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In an 8 x 12 inch baking dish, combine bouillon, uncooked rice and seasonings.
  3. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 10 min.
  4. Top with broccoli, 1/2 can onions and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place fillets diagonally down the center of the dish.
  6. Sprinkle fish lightly with paprika.
  7. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 20-25 min or possibly till fish flakes.
  8. Stir rice.
  9. Top fish with Cheddar cheese and remaining fried onions.
  10. Bake uncovered for 3 min.
  11. Serves 3-4.
