Herb Baked Fish And Rice Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. warm chicken bouillon
- 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. minced broccoli, thawed & liquid removed
- 1 can (2.8 ounce.) French fried onions
- 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound unbreaded fish fillets (thawed)
- Paprika
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In an 8 x 12 inch baking dish, combine bouillon, uncooked rice and seasonings.
- Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 10 min.
- Top with broccoli, 1/2 can onions and Parmesan cheese.
- Place fillets diagonally down the center of the dish.
- Sprinkle fish lightly with paprika.
- Bake covered at 375 degrees for 20-25 min or possibly till fish flakes.
- Stir rice.
- Top fish with Cheddar cheese and remaining fried onions.
- Bake uncovered for 3 min.
- Serves 3-4.
