Bavarian Party Dip

• 1 lb braunschweiger sausage (liver sausage)
• 12 cup onion, minced
• 3 ounces cream cheese
• 14 teaspoon black pepper

1. Saute onions about 8-10 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and drain.
3. Put all in food processor.
4. Blend.
5. Serve on crackers or thinly sliced party rye.
6. Could be a fresh veggie dip.
