Norwegian Blotkake(Wet Cake)

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until light or pale yellow in color. Combine flour and baking powder; stir in slowly (add gradually). Stir in almond extract.
  2. Pour batter into a 9-inch buttered and floured spring-form pan.
  3. Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Set aside to cool.
