Chicken Terrific
- 3 c. cooked, diced chicken
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz. can French-cut green beans
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. wild rice
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
- 1 to 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- Combine chicken, rice, pimento, mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, water chestnuts, soups and green beans.
- Place in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Combine stuffing and butter; mix thoroughly and spoon on top of other ingredients.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes.
