Philadelphia Classic New York Cheesecake

  1. Mix first three ingredients.
  2. Press into bottom of 9 inch spring form pan.
  3. Bake at 325u0b0 for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix next four ingredients with electric mixer until well blended.
  5. Add sour cream and mix well.
  6. Add eggs one at a time mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended.
  7. Pour over crust.
  8. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is almost set if using silver spring form pan.
  9. Loosen cake from side of pan.
  10. Cool before removing rim of pan.
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Makes 16 servings.
  12. Prep. time 15 minutes plus refrigerating.
