Philadelphia Classic New York Cheesecake
- 1 c. Honey Maid graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine (melted)
- 5 - 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 eggs
- Mix first three ingredients.
- Press into bottom of 9 inch spring form pan.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- Mix next four ingredients with electric mixer until well blended.
- Add sour cream and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended.
- Pour over crust.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is almost set if using silver spring form pan.
- Loosen cake from side of pan.
- Cool before removing rim of pan.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Makes 16 servings.
- Prep. time 15 minutes plus refrigerating.
