Button Mushrooms And Lobster Recipe

  1. Add in oil & salt to preheated skillet or possibly wok.
  2. Bring oil to sizzling point over high heat.
  3. Add in lobster meat.
  4. Toss & turn rapidly for 2 minutes.
  5. Add in vegetables,sugar,soy sauce,chicken stock & MSG.
  6. Turn ingredients lightly till thoroughly mixed.
  7. Cover & cook over high for 7 minutes.
  8. Uncover & gradually add in cornstarch/water paste.
  9. Cook till sauce has thickened.
  10. Serve.
