Cottage Cheese And Spinach Salad

  1. Dressing:
  2. In a small mixing bowl stir together the sour cream, sugar, horseradish, dry mustard and salt.
  3. Using a wire whisk, gradually blend in the herb-flavored vinegar.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving time.
  5. At serving time, place spinach in large salad bowl.
  6. Spoon the cream-style cottage cheese on top of spinach in a ring.
  7. Sprinkle walnuts on top of cheese.
  8. Pour on the dressing and toss lightly until spinach is coated.
  9. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
