Oyster Soup(Microwave)

  1. Season oysters with pepper and frizzle in their own juice in a 2-quart dish until edges are slightly curled, 3 to 4 minutes on High.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Micromelt butter in an 8-cup measure.
  4. Add flour and onion,
  5. Saute on High 3 minutes.
  6. Stir frequently.
  7. Add mushroom soup, oyster liquid and milk.
  8. Mix well after each ingredient.
  9. Microwave on High 6 minutes; stir at 2 minute intervals.
  10. Add drained oysters, salt and onion tops to hot milk mixture.
  11. Serves 6.
