Apricot Raisin Bars Recipe

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all filling ingredients.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Make crust: In a large bowl, combine baking soda, flour, oat bran, oats, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  4. Stir in melted margarine.
  5. Press slightly more than half of crust mix in bottom of a 9- by 13-inch pan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
  6. Spread on filling.
  7. Sprinkle on remaining crust.
  8. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 min.
  9. Cut into bars.
  10. Makes 24 bars
