Apple Sausage Patties

  1. Mix ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Divide mixture into 16 (1 1/2 x 2-inch) balls and flatten each ball into a 1/3-inch-thick patty.
  3. HEAT a large frying pan over moderate heat; spray with no-stick cooking spray.
  4. COOK patties in batches, 3 to 4 minutes each side, until no longer pink in center.
  5. Remove from pan; drain on paper towels.
  6. TRANSFER patties to a serving plate.
  7. Serve hot.
