Creamy Parmesan Muffins

  1. In a large bowl combine the egg, yogurt, milk, butter and rosemary.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cornmeal and parmesan cheese in a medium bowl.
  4. Add dry ingredients into the liquid.
  5. Avoid overmixing.
  6. Pour batter into 12 well greased muffin tins.
  7. Bake at 400 F for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
