Savory Vegetable Beef Soup

  1. Remove all fat from meat.
  2. Boil until tender. Add water, if necessary. Remove from heat and strain broth.
  3. Refrigerate broth overnight.
  4. Skim off fat and heat.
  5. Add all vegetables which have been washed and chopped.
  6. Add spices and macaroni. Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
  7. Season to taste.
