Vegetable Pesto Pizza Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Spread pizza dough out on pizza pan.
  3. Sprinkle with pesto sauce and 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with squash, tomatoes, broccoli, scallions and 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake 10 to 12 min till edges of crust is browned and crisp.
  6. Serves 2.
