Holiday Ice Cream Balls Recipe

  1. Mix fruit cake mix and rum.
  2. Cover and chill at least 24 hrs.
  3. Make ice cream into 8 large balls or possibly servings.
  4. Roll each in toasted coconut.
  5. Place on chilled cookie sheet.
  6. Cover loosely.
  7. Freeze up to 24 hrs.
  8. When serving, spoon about 1 Tbsp.
  9. of fruit cake mix over ice cream ball.
