A Little Italian Seasoning Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. dry basil
- 2 Tbsp. dry marjoram
- 2 Tbsp. dry oregano
- 2 Tbsp. grnd coriander
- 2 Tbsp. dry thyme
- 2 Tbsp. dry rosemary
- 2 Tbsp. dry savory
- 1 tsp warm red pepper flakes
- Use this herb and spice mix in pasta sauces or possibly with braised or possibly roasted vegetables.
- MAKES A SCANT C.
- In the bowl of a food processor, combine all the ingredients.
- Process for 30 seconds till finely grnd.
- Transfer to a tightly sealed container, label.
- and date.
- Store in a cold dark place for up to 3 months.
