Dads Crab Bisque
- 2 King Crab Legs or
- 1/2 lb cooked lump crab meat
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 pints heavy cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chardonnay
- 1/2 shot of cream sherry
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp worcestershire
- 1 to taste:celery salt
- 1 to taste:old bay
- 1 to taste:black pepper
- 1 to taste:garlic powder
- 1 to taste:dry parsley flakes
- 1 to taste:season all
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme
- Add all ingredients together in pot or deep skillet.Using dry ingredients to taste.
- Simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes.
- Serve with crusty bread to dip
