Goat Cheese Egg Noodles
- 1- 1/4 cup Milk
- 3 whole Slices Of Wheat Bread, Crusts Removed
- 1 whole Hard Boiled Egg, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Herbed Goat Cheese, Crumbled
- 1 clove Garlic, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Cracked Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 cups Cooked Egg Noodles
- Simmer milk in a saucepan.
- Once its heated, pour it into a blender.
- Add bread and process until combined.
- Add the egg, goat cheese, garlic and mustard.
- Process just until blended.
- While blender is still running, gradually add oil and lemon juice; process until smooth.
- Transfer sauce to a medium saucepan.
- Season to taste with pepper and salt.
- It will gradually thicken as you simmer on low to medium heat.
- Meanwhile, prepare your steak (or other whatever will accompany your noodles) to your liking.
- Also prepare your egg noodles according to package, making enough for 4 servings.
- Toss the sauce with the noodles and serve over or beside the rest of your meal enjoy.
