Brocolli Mac and cheese
- 16 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 3 cup milk
- 1 cup colby/jack
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion flakes
- 2 tsp sugar
- 8 oz velveeta
- 8 oz frozen broccoli
- Prepare elbow macaroni per box instructions
- Melt butter in pan and add flour to make a rue
- Slowly add milk to rue and allow to thicken
- Add cheeses and melt
- Add seasonings
- Poor macaroni into baking dish and cover with cheese sauce
- Add broccoli and stir
- Bake for 25 minutes and then sprinkle with any shredded cheese desired and bake for 10 more minutes
