Prosciutto, Pea and Spring Onion Pasta Salad
- 300 g farfalle pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
- 100 g prosciutto, grilled until crisp, then broken into strips
- 1 cup peas, cooked until just tender
- 3 spring onions, cut into 3cm lengths
- 1/2 cup sundried cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Basil and Herb Pasta Salad Dressing
- COMBINE the pasta, prosciutto, peas, spring onions and tomatoes in a large serving bowl or platter.
- Drizzle with the dressing and toss through.
- Serve immediately.
