Leftover Meatballs Sandwich
- 1/2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Cream Cheese
- 2 slices Bread
- Onion Slices, To Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Dark Mustard
- Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Divided
- 2 whole Meatballs, Minced
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On one of these slices, spread cream cheese.
- Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the onion, dark mustard, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper together.
- On the cream cheese side, put the minced meatballs and top with the onion mixture.
- Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side down.
- Heat a frying pan, then pour the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Cook both sides of the sandwich until each side is golden.
