Leftover Meatballs Sandwich

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. On one of these slices, spread cream cheese.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix the onion, dark mustard, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper together.
  5. On the cream cheese side, put the minced meatballs and top with the onion mixture.
  6. Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side down.
  7. Heat a frying pan, then pour the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  8. Cook both sides of the sandwich until each side is golden.
