Stuffed Sea Shells

  1. Brown beef, onion and garlic salt until crumbly.
  2. Drain off excess fat.
  3. Stir in Mozzarella, bread crumbs, oregano and egg. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook shells according to package directions and drain.
  5. Stuff shells with meat mixture.
  6. Spoon 1/4 of sauce over the bottom of 9 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch glass baking dish. Place shells in single layer.
  7. Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake at 400u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
