Stuffed Sea Shells
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- garlic salt to taste
- 8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 egg
- 1 box large sea shells
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
- grated Parmesan cheese
- Brown beef, onion and garlic salt until crumbly.
- Drain off excess fat.
- Stir in Mozzarella, bread crumbs, oregano and egg. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook shells according to package directions and drain.
- Stuff shells with meat mixture.
- Spoon 1/4 of sauce over the bottom of 9 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch glass baking dish. Place shells in single layer.
- Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 400u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
