Christmas Vegetable Salad Mold

  1. Combine gelatin and cold water in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Slowly heat over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin is clear and liquid.
  3. Add chicken broth, salt, dill weed, and sugar; mix well.
  4. Add slowly to yogurt; mix well.
  5. Chill until it is of the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
  6. Fold in remaining ingredients except lettuce; mix carefully.
  7. Turn into one 3-cup mold or six 1/2-cup molds.
  8. Cover lightly with clear plastic wrap.
  9. Chill until set.
  10. Unmold on crisp lettuce.
