Effortless Spinach Potato Soup

• 10 ounces frozen spinach souffle, thawed
• 10 12 ounces canned cream of potato soup
• 1 12 cups low-fat milk
• 14 cup low-fat yogurt
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 14 teaspoon dried thyme
• pepper, to taste

1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer to large saucepan.
