Irony's Pumpkin Bran Cake
- 2 cups flour
- 12 teaspoon table salt
- 12 teaspoon ground cloves
- 14 teaspoon ground allspice
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten until foamy
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 1 cup all-bran cereal
- 1 cup raisins
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a second bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, pumpkin and All-Bran.
- Add dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Stir in raisins.
- Spray a non-stick Bundt pan with cooking spray.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Bake in preheated 350F oven about 50 min, until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes in pan before turning out onto a cooling rack to finish cooling.
