Irony's Pumpkin Bran Cake

  1. Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In a second bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, pumpkin and All-Bran.
  3. Add dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
  4. Stir in raisins.
  5. Spray a non-stick Bundt pan with cooking spray.
  6. Pour batter into pan.
  7. Bake in preheated 350F oven about 50 min, until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
  8. Cool 10 minutes in pan before turning out onto a cooling rack to finish cooling.
