Momma's Passionfruit Whipped Cream (Frosting)
- 3 each passionfruit
- 1 pints heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- cut the passionfruits open and clean the inside out
- puree seeds
- strain seed pieces out and put the remaining juice into a small saucepan with the sugar
- reduce until you get as much liquid out as possible without burning, use low heat and pay attention
- put the pint of heavy whipping cream into mixing bowl
- whip the cream while slowly adding the WARM passionfruit sugar reduction, once all the sauce has been added continue whipping until peaks form, careful not to make sweet passionfruit butter.
