Hot Florentine Dip

  1. Microwave cream cheese in a 2-quart casserole on High for 30 seconds. Add milk, onion, Worcestershire, garlic salt and pepper; cream together. Stir spinach and bacon into cream cheese mixture. Fold in sour cream and pecans. Microwave on High 4 to 6 minutes, stirring after every minute until dip is heated through. Garnish with chopped pecans and parsley. Serve with crackers and/or bread.
