Hot Supper Salad

  1. Brown meat with garlic; drain.
  2. Add picante sauce, lime juice, soy and ginger.
  3. Cook and stir 5 minutes until sauce has thickened slightly.
  4. Arrange shredded lettuce and spinach on 4 plates. Spoon hot meat mixture over green.
  5. Garnish with tomato wedges and sprinkle peanuts, green onions and cilantro on top.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Serve with extra picante sauce and fried wonton chips.
