California Shells on the Side

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; during last 2 minutes of cooking, stir in broccoli and sweet yellow pepper.
  2. Drain pasta and vegetables.
  3. In non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt margarine; add garlic and dried red pepper flakes.
  4. Cook 1 minute; do not brown.
  5. Toss hot pasta and vegetables with garlic mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Salt to taste.
