Smoked Brisket Recipe

  1. Take brisket and open where it is slices, rub celery salt, garlic pwdr, and black pwdr (pepper) inside brisket.
  2. Pour a small amount of the liquid smoke and steak sauce inside.
  3. Roll brisket and stand on end in crock pot.
  4. Pour the remaining liquid over the meat, rinse you c. with 1/4 water and pour this over the meat also.
  5. Cook on high for approximately 1 hour, then turn to low for 5-6 hrs depending on the size of brisket.
