Smoked Brisket Recipe
- 1 c. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. 57 Steak sauce
- 2 tbsp. celery salt
- 1 tbsp. garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon black pwdr (pepper)
- 6-7 pound brisket
- 1 lg. crock pot
- Take brisket and open where it is slices, rub celery salt, garlic pwdr, and black pwdr (pepper) inside brisket.
- Pour a small amount of the liquid smoke and steak sauce inside.
- Roll brisket and stand on end in crock pot.
- Pour the remaining liquid over the meat, rinse you c. with 1/4 water and pour this over the meat also.
- Cook on high for approximately 1 hour, then turn to low for 5-6 hrs depending on the size of brisket.
