Rooibos and berry smoothie recipe

  1. Put the rooibos bag in a teapot or heatproof jug and pour over the water.
  2. Steep for 8 to 10 minutes, then remove the bag.
  3. Leave to cool.
  4. Put the tea, berries, tofu and protein powder into a blender and process until smooth.
  5. Sweeten to taste with honey and pour into glasses.
  6. Serve immediately or transfer to a thermos.
