Balsamic Pasta Salad Recipe

  1. Combine vinegar and next 5 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Drop broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot into a large saucepan of boiling water; cook 30 seconds.
  4. Drain.
  5. Pour cool water over vegetables; drain.
  6. Combine liquid removed vegetables, bell pepper, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
  7. Add in vinegar mix, and toss gently.
  8. Cover and chill.
  9. Yield: 5 servings
  10. (serving size: 1 c.).
