Sandra's Pretzel Jello
- 2 cups pretzels, crushed
- 12 cup powdered sugar
- 34 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 (6 ounce) box Jello gelatin, any flavor
- 2 cups boiling water
- 20 ounces fruit, to go with jello
- Mix together pretzels, 1/2 c powdered sugar and butter.
- Spread in 9x13" glass baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, watch for burning.
- Cool.
- Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread on top of pretzel layer.
- Mix Jello and water and let sit for a bit in the fridge.
- Fold in fruit and spread over cream cheese layer.
- Let sit in refrigerator 3-4 hours before serving.
