My Bean Sprout Soy Sauce Ramen

  1. Soft boil the egg.
  2. Use the boiling water to blanch the bean sprouts.
  3. If you want a simmered egg instead, then make a broth, crack on the egg and stir it in.
  4. Prepare the toppings.
  5. Add water to a separate pot and heat on high until it reaches a boil then add the noodles.
  6. Place the "special soup" into a ramen bowl.
  7. After boiling the noodles, fill the bowl halfway with the soup and then halfway with the boiled noodle water.
  8. Add in half the bean sprouts.
  9. Add in the remaining boiled water.
  10. Top with the remaining bean sprouts, and quickly add on the toppings.
