Summer Staple Cafe-style Iced Cafe au Lait
- 1 tbsp Instant coffee
- 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 200 ml Boiling water
- 150 ml Milk
- Mix and dissolve the ingredients marked , pour into an ice cube tray, and let harden in the freezer.
- I always use the tray in the picture.
- I get two cups' worth.
- When it has hardened, put the cubes into the glasses and pour in the milk.
- I recommend you add a lot to the glasses.
- Use a spoon to crush the ice as you drink for a slushy-like texture.
