Vickys Creamed Corn, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

  1. Put the milk & corn in a pan and bring to a simmer
  2. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes to reduce and thicken the milk
  3. Mix in the spring onions, pepper flakes and chives/parsley
  4. Season to taste and serve!
