Carol'S Famous Veggie Quiche

  1. In a very
  2. large
  3. copper-bottom
  4. frying pan, heat olive oil. Toss in
  5. sliced
  6. onions
  7. and
  8. chopped garlic.
  9. We like a lot! Slice potatoes
  10. and grate carrots and add.tccording to taste, add chicken
  11. bouillon,
  12. Tabasco, curry, or whatever you want it to taste like.
  13. Cook slowly until vegetables are soft, but not mush. A
  14. little
  15. more
  16. than
  17. "altente".
  18. Put in pie crust.
  19. Sprinkle grated Mozzarella cheese over veggies.
  20. Beat together eggs (1
  21. per person),
  22. "light"\tcream cheese and add milk to cover mixture
  23. in pie shell. Bake at 350u0b0 for about an hour.top is fluffy and golden brown.
